This project has received widespread attention from the start of construction to its completion and production.     Cathodic electrophoresis technology was first applied to the Haishi and Coaster models produced by Xiamen Jinlv. With the successful production of the cathodic electrophoresis line for large passenger cars on May 8, 2008, all series of Jinlv models adopted this technology, which also made Jinlv at the forefront of the industry in the painting process of large passenger cars.

    Detailed explanation of electrophoresis technology

    The main structure of the bus is composed of welded steel, and corrosion of the steel structure can directly damage the main structure of the bus.     Cathodic electrophoresis technology includes more than 10 pre-treatment and electrophoresis processes, including pre-treatment, degreasing, water washing, surface adjustment, phosphating, water washing, pure water washing, electrophoresis, ultrafiltration water washing, and pure water washing. Compared with the spray primer process, the primer coated with electrophoretic technology is a paint film formed on the surface by electrochemical reactions of metal materials. It is denser and has stronger adhesion than ordinary spraying, and has super strong salt spray resistance, moisture heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, which is also much higher than other types of primers.

    Cathodic electrophoretic coating has uniform paint film, strong adhesion, and good flattening and ductility when dried, resulting in a flat, smooth, and uniform coating appearance; Cathodic electrophoresis has high penetration power, greatly improving the corrosion resistance of parts such as the body cavity and crevices; By using ultrafiltration membrane technology, the paint liquid can be recycled, resulting in a coating utilization rate of over 98%; Due to the automation of the production process, it has many advantages such as reducing direct labor costs, shortening operation time, and improving production efficiency. The full immersion construction method of whole vehicle electrophoresis enables the interior cavity, gaps and other parts that are not easy to paint to be electrophoretically coated. Its salt spray resistance test exceeds 1000 hours, and the whole vehicle can be guaranteed to be free from rust and perforation for 10 years, greatly extending its service life.

    Although the cathodic electrophoretic process is much more complex and strictly managed than traditional paint spraying processes, through a mechanized automatic transmission system and reasonable arrangement of processes, rapid and efficient streamlined production can be achieved, greatly improving production capacity and coating quality.

    In addition, cathodic electrophoresis technology has more obvious advantages in environmental protection. Cathodic electrophoretic paint is a water-soluble paint with extremely low organic solvent content, much higher safety than general paint, and no fire hazard.
